Luca is pure Chicagoland. He grew up in Park Ridge, attended high school at Maine East, and graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with an engineering degree. He lives in Chicago’s Northwest side and has come full circle as a Realtor at RE/MAX Properties Northwest in downtown Park Ridge.
Before becoming a Realtor, Luca was a structural engineer in Chicago where he developed and applied structural analysis, design calculation and consultative skills – a background that makes him uniquely familiar with the features of a well-built home. In addition, Luca is a property manager and literally wrote the book on renting: How to Find Tenants that will PAY, STAY, and OBEY: A Practical Guide for Simply and Effectively Screening Tenants for Your Residential Rental Unit.
